One of the fastest growing companies in the Upper Midwest, Doran Companies has a long history of developing and building large scale suburban and urban shopping centers, mixed use and multi-family residential projects and a wide range of individual retail projects. We continue to own and manage many of the properties we have developed and employ over 100 people in various locations around the Twin Cities metropolitan area.
Most recently, our company has completed, or currently has under development or construction, more than 20 multi-family housing projects in Minneapolis, Brooklyn Park, Maple Grove, Hopkins, Rochester and Duluth.
From our first day in business our goal has been to assure that our team approaches development and construction projects with an extremely high standard of cooperation with units of government, individual clients and communities in general. To live up to that pledge, and adjust to the growth we have experienced over the last five years, we have recently put great emphasis on organizational improvements designed to enhance our ability to achieve a standard of excellence that our clients and the communities we work with deserve.
Award Winning Tradition
We are proud of our award-winning tradition and our reputation as a company that brings experienced managers and quality staff to our development, construction and property management services.
This attention to detail and the long-term needs of our clients and residents in our properties has served us well and is demonstrated in the lasting relationships we have developed with the communities we work in.
A Unique Perspective
Unlike many developers, Doran Companies approaches our projects with a unique long-term perspective. We not only work with communities during the development process, we also build the projects, and most importantly, continue to own and manage the finished product. This approach assures communities and our tenants that we always have their long-term success in mind from day one and that our relationship will continue long after the last nail is driven.
